The job.
· Gathering company requirements on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
· Carrying out the entire procurement life cycle independently.
· Advising on the appropriate selection of suppliers, equipment, furniture fittings and etc. and making sure such requests are in line with the Company policy.
· Assisting in developing the administration budget and making recommendations.
· Maintaining good supplier relations and contract negotiation.
· Maintaining an up-to-date procurement database that can be used for management information.
The person.
· A qualification in Supply Chain Management from a recognized institution.
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
· Proficiency in Procurement Software and MS Office Packages will be an added advantage.
· Must have strong Communication, Negotiation and Analytical Skills.
· Age between 25 – 35 years.
