Senior Executive, Learning & Development (L&D)
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement the organisation’s L&D strategy.
• Align training programs with business objectives, ensuring measurable outcomes.
• Conduct training needs assessments across departments.
• Identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning interventions.
• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning content.
• Partner with internal subject matter experts and external vendors to create impact learning experiences.
• Leverage modern learning methods, including blended learning, digital platforms, and micro learning.
• Work with managers and employees to create individualised development plans.
• Monitor and report on employee performance improvement post-training.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, surveys, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide regular reports and insights on L&D activities to leadership.
• Collaborate with department heads to prioritise learning needs.
• Manage relationships with external training vendors and consultants.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning through campaigns, initiatives, and leadership development programs.
• Organise events such as leadership round tables, knowledge-sharing sessions, and mentoring programs.
