Senior Executive HR (Talent Acquisition cum L&D)
Responsibilities
• Assist with the timely and efficient end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring updated job descriptions, timely candidate onboarding, and coordination with headhunters.
• Coordinate career fairs with educational institutions and support employer branding efforts.
• Develop and implement training programs, facilitate and execute training sessions, and maintain related records.
• Assist in company engagement activities and other HR related activities
Expected Profile
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment; experience in the training and development function is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
• Knowledge of HR software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering error-free results.
