Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruitment process from drafting job descriptions to organizing interviews and hiring candidates.
• Oversee the onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring compliance and a positive experience.
• Manage IT asset inventory and ensure proper allocation of resources.
• Schedule and coordinate both internal and external meetings.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date records and administrative documents.
• Handle daily administrative tasks and support various departmental needs.
• Record meeting minutes and compile reports on key outcomes.
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
An ideal candidate should possess:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administration.
• Full or part qualification in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration or a related field.
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR software.
