Senior Executive – Finance

Keells Food Products PLC, a subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC (JKH), is the country’s market leader in processed meat products and has held this position for over three decades. Our company possesses ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System, and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management System Certifications. The Company manufactures a range of sausages, meatballs, hams, crumbed products, and soya range products under the “Elephant House” and “Keells Krest” brands.

Job Responsibilities
• Assist the financial accounting and finalizing the daily, weekly accounting tasks and monthly financial / statutory accounting packs in a timely manner
• Assist the audit compliance and implementation and adherence to internal controls
• Actively involve and complete weekly and month end reconciliations (Debtors, creditors, bank accounts, intercompany accounts etc.) and manage the AP and GL functions
• Attend to the Treasury functions
• Assist with preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, mid-year cash flow and financial forecasts

Person Specifications
• Part qualification of CA/CIMA/ACCA.
• A minimum of 3 years financial accounting experience along with tax and auditing experiences required
• Knowledge of MS office and knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
• The candidate should posses excellent communicational, interpersonal, leadership and cross-functional relationship skills
