Job description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual for the position of Senior Executive/Executive – Administration & Facilities Management with a strong emphasis on Facilities Management. The ideal candidate will oversee and integrate all aspects of administrative and facilities management, ensuring efficient daily operations and a well-maintained, secure work environment.
Key responsibilities:
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of AC systems, sanitary facilities, and generators to ensure optimal functionality.
• Manage and optimize workstation setups to enhance employee productivity and comfort.
• Ensure the upkeep of all premises, including regular inspections and coordinating necessary repairs.
• Manage and monitor security protocols to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers for maintenance services and facility-related projects.
• Ensure the timely processing of payments, including non-routine expenses, IOU settlements, and utility invoicing for electricity and water. Maintain comprehensive records for all documentation.
Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
• A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in an administrative role with facilities management responsibilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of facilities management best practices and safety regulations is a plus.
