What Will You Do

Looking for a passionate individual who daydreams of creating the next big impact through sales, partnership and business development of data, analytics, advertising, innovation, and technology as well as wants to develop deep understanding of the market to bring in strategic value proposition.
• Develop business for at least 200K new annual net revenue for specific business units as per the strategic direction of management
• Take client brief and ask relevant questions to understand the core requirement of clients
• Learn all ADA products and services by heart and mind to confidently represent any product on your own
• Maintain friendly and professional relationships with clients and know about client’s business
• Generate leads and qualify them for specific business units
• Open business opportunities from qualified leads and engage appropriate practice teams to address client’s need
• Manage pro-active and invitation-based pitches by coordinating with all relevant teams
• Negotiate with clients to close opportunities, work on commercial contracts and agreements for new clients
• Maintain and update sales report through Sales Force and any other reporting required for forecasting and business development

What skills and experience you will need?
• 3 – 5 years of experience in any client facing roles
• Undergrads on any subject (preferred Business Management, Marketing, Advertising, any tech-related majors)
• Be process oriented and diligent in approaching your daily task
• Have excellent presentation development and delivery skills
• Be good with numbers, graphs and using sales lead management tools
• Be geeky enough to love updating sales stats and dynamic enough to be super casual conversations with potential or existing clients
• Be very comfortable and confident to be part of negotiations
• Be fluent and naturally conversant in English language
• Be tech-savvy and have a knack of Googling for everything and anything
• Maintain very high standards to honor commitments of any sorts for any professional task
• Be a team player who is ready to go beyond typical job description to help the team achieve its combined target
• Be a go-getter and hungry to win clients and new businesses
• Have the confidence to work on personal shortcomings and be a self-critic
• Maintain the highest standard of responsibility and accountability with own work
• Be courageous enough to challenge the status quo and walk the talk in difficult situations
• Be a positive force at work with a strong problem-solving mindset and attitude
