Key purpose of the Job

As the Senior Designer, you will report to the Manager of Design. Your role is responsible for the design and development of apparel products (such as lingerie, briefs, loungewear and activewear etc.) for the assigned categories/ customers, meeting the design, costing and development OTD objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and present new concepts for seasonal product launches to customers through effective product & market analysis

2. Coordinate with the internal teams to develop production feasible designs within the target cost and development timelines

3. Collaborate with customers and SMEs, including customer visit management, knowledge sharing, etc.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Designing / Clothing Technology

Experience

3 to 4+ experience in Apparel design & Development
Excellent sketching and visualization skills
Strong analytical skills for conducting market and trend analysis
Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in resolving design-related issues
Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD applications
Strong understanding of fabric properties, garment construction, and production processes
