We are in the look-out for Associate Business Development Manager / Business Development Manager to join us.

Responsibilities

1.Achieve Quarterly Top Line and Gross profits targets for the assigned products in digital transformation.

2.Channel partner management and channel recruitments for the products

3.Product marketing plan execution for different markets along with the OEM, HQ product and marketing team

4.Customer, Partner, and Product OEM relationship management

5.Conduct Product presentations and sales enablement trainings for the digital transformation product stack

6.Maintain and timely update sales funnel report for HQ and OEMS

7.Maintain healthy sales pipeline to achieve Sales and GP targets

8.Ensuring timely payments from the customers and channel partners for the orders executed

9.Maintain renewal rate of 90% or above for subscription-based licenses

10.Monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and GP achievement planning

Qualifications

1.Bacholers in Computer Science/ Information Technology , MIS or related or Fully or part qualifies in CIMA/CIM/CMA SLIM

2.Min Experience of 2 years in Enterprise solution sales in IT such as ERP,CRM,HCM, Service Desk, Lowcode and No code

3.Experience is channel sales in a plus point

4.Strong customer network in the relevant filed

5.Strong communication skills

6.Strong customer relationship management skills

7.Sales/ presales certificates in globally recognized ERP/CRM/HCM is an added advantage.

8.Passionate in product- market development
