SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – DIGITAL MARKETING

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to drive revenue growth and achieve company objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various digital platforms and industries.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and fostering strong business partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and operations, to deliver integrated digital solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize business development strategies.
• Oversee the entire business development lifecycle, from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
• Track, analyze, and report on business development performance, providing actionable insights and strategies for continuous improvement.
• Drive and contribute to the development of marketing and sales campaigns that promote business growth and client success.

Requirements
• A qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field (full or part qualifications).
• 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in a digital context.
• Strong understanding of business development techniques, market trends, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market and sales data effectively.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
