POSITION: Account Manager

SALARY: 100K Basic + Incentive and fuel
OVERVIEW: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Colombo. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT sales and account management, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships while driving revenue growth. This role is crucial for managing client accounts and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Customer Engagement:
• Oversee a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring that customer expectations are consistently surpassed as the main point of contact.
• Participate in client meetings and present solutions effectively.
2. General Orientation:
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Pre-sales and Post-sales, to guarantee seamless operations.
• Stay up-to-date with the products and services we offer to clients.
• Work with sector team members to meet both individual and team objectives.
3. Product Management:
• Ensure timely delivery of products and solutions, and actively participate in project management and business development efforts.
4. Business Development:
• Engage in strategic discussions and reporting related to account management.
PRE-REQUISITES:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the IT/software development industry.
• Proven track record in managing client accounts and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
