Job Overview
Are you passionate about driving growth and expanding customer bases? We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Assistant – Customer Growth to drive our acquisition strategy and accelerate FriMi’s expansion.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with various business teams to deliver innovative campaigns across multiple channels, including branches, partnerships, and events.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategize & Execute: Develop and implement a multi-channel acquisition strategy to grow the FriMi customer base.
• Campaign Leadership: Lead and execute customer acquisition campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Channel Exploration: Identify and evaluate new channels to enhance FriMi’s organic growth.
• Partnership Management: Oversee third-party affiliate partnerships and ambassador programs.
• Operational Excellence: Execute promotions and activations efficiently, monitoring effectiveness closely.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across the organization to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or relevant work experience. Google Ads Certification and being Meta Blueprint certified is preferred.
• Minimum of 04 years in the banking, finance, or service industry with relevant experience.
OR
• 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
