Job Description
As a Senior Analyst at Ascent, you will play a pivotal role in Business Transformation. Your contributions will directly impact our success as we strive to exceed expectations and set new benchmarks. Responsibilities include:
Product Management
❖ Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
❖ Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
❖ Prioritize product features and initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and customer value.
Product Development Leadership
❖ Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
❖ Translate product requirements into clear specifications and user stories for development teams ❖ Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, iteration, and eventual sunset
Stakeholder Engagement
❖ Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, stakeholders, and customers to ensure alignment and transparency.
❖ Present product updates, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
❖ Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to advocate for the product’s success.
Team Leadership and Mentorship
❖ Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
❖ Lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, ensuring alignment and efficient execution.
Candidate Requirements
❖ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
❖ Above 4 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
❖ Strong understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies for product development.
❖ Proficiency in using tools like JIRA, and product analytics platforms.
❖ Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
❖ Ability to navigate and lead in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
❖ Experience with workflow solutions, system applications, or enterprise products development project management skills.
