Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial health of the company, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, monitor and Update company expenses accurately.
• Conduct regular reconciliation of bank statements and financial records.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation and records.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and investment activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to support company initiatives and decision-making.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Proven 8 years or more experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in ZOHO Books software would be advantageous.
