Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage channel assortments, ensuring the stocks are up to date.
• Configure and maintain channel management systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all systems associated with channel operations.
• Monitor and analyze channel performance, providing recommendations for optimization.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of operational procedures and documentation.
• Identify operational issues promptly and work with the tech team to troubleshoot and resolve them.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
