WE’RE SEEKING A LEADER: SALESFORCE SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT

Eureka Technology Partners is seeking a highly motivated, seasoned Salesforce expert with strategic thinking and a passion for mentoring to join our team and work remotely for one of our clients in the USA.

As a Solution Architect, you will act as a trusted advisor to our client’s team and their customers, as well as an effective mentor for other Salesforce professionals. A deep understanding of the Salesforce platform is essential, but equally important are top-notch interpersonal skills to effectively communicate your ideas and solutions to stakeholders, fostering the integrity needed to turn your visions into successful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth research into clients’ use of Salesforce and produce comprehensive reports with recommended steps and a roadmap for solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept to elicit and define requirements.
• Review and recommend improvements to solutions.
• Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders and Salesforce SMEs.
• Design Salesforce and (optionally) other affiliated solutions for Sales, Service, and platform solutions.
• Act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items for deployment.
• Provide guidance on user story writing style.
• Define success and acceptance criteria for each story.
• Illustrate designs with appropriate justifications and ensure documentation of testing steps.
• Supervise configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
• Engage in collaborative project and workstream planning.

Required Qualifications and Background:
• At least 5 years experience in a leading role delivering Salesforce projects.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interactive communication skills.
• Minimum Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree or professional qualification in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Salesforce Designer certifications.
• Salesforce Architecture certifications.
• Active participation in the Salesforce community.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• A proactive personality with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent relationship-building and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levels.
• Self-starter with experience leading projects or delivery workstreams.
• Outstanding written communication skills and the ability to visually and verbally demonstrate concepts.
• Strategic approach to solution design with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans.
• Excellent coaching, motivational, and directive abilities for a multidisciplinary team of Salesforce professionals.
• Able to work during US time zone and follow the US calendar.
