Sales Representative

Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and expand our presence in the plastics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and develop new customers in the plastic manufacturing sector.
✅ Promote and sell Filler Masterbatch, Additive Masterbatch, Color Masterbatch and Polythene films.
✅ Understand customer requirements and provide technical sales support.
✅ Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
✅ Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
✅ Prepare monthly reports and presentations

Requirements:
🔹 Experience in sales (preferably in B2B raw materials, plastics, or a related industry).
🔹 Basic MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
🔹 Contacts in Plastic industries would be a strong advantage.
🔹 Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
🔹 Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
🔹 Strong technical understanding of masterbatch and plastic raw materials is a plus.
