We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to excel in real estate sales, leveraging your expertise to connect buyers with prime properties.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and engage potential buyers to promote and sell land and houses, ensuring sales targets are met.
• Proactively prospect across various market segments to generate leads.
• Follow up on potential leads from company marketing efforts to convert them into successful sales.
• Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and meet agreed KPIs.
• Gather and report market insights, competitor activity, and customer trends to management.
• Should have an existing network of high-net-worth clients and past buyers to help drive sales.

What We’re Looking For
• Minimum of 2 years of proven success in property sales.
• Fluency in English and Sinhala, with Tamil being an added advantage.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
