Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Operations Manager based in Colombo. The Sales Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing sales data, managing customer relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve targets.
