Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in Colombo. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and improving the sales operations, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring effective implementation. Daily tasks include managing the sales team, conducting market research, analyzing data to identify trends, planning promotional campaigns, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications
• Sales Operations Management, Team Leadership, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Market Research, Data Analysis, and Trend Identification skills
• Marketing Strategy Development and Promotional Campaign Planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in a managerial position
• Experience in the childcare industry is a plus
