Job Overview:

The Marketing Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy to ensure the app’s successful launch and ongoing growth in Sri Lanka. This manager-level role will oversee the marketing and accounts teams, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, team leadership, and hands-on execution to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications:
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in managing teams and driving sales growth in a similar industry (e.g., technology, mobile apps, or consumer services).
• Strong experience in leading and managing a team, ensuring motivation, performance, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
• Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions based on insights.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, with a focus on results-driven marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive the app’s market launch and growth in Sri Lanka.
• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and oversee the marketing and accounts teams, ensuring effective collaboration and efficient execution of campaigns and initiatives.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze marketing performance metrics, identify areas of improvement, and adjust strategies to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
• Marketing Materials Management: Oversee the creation, production, and timely delivery of marketing materials, ensuring high-quality outputs that align with brand standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, product, and sales teams to produce engaging content and marketing campaigns for various platforms (digital, print, etc.).
• Partnership and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, partners, and stakeholders to enhance marketing outreach and collaboration.
• Market Insights & Trend Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously refine and optimize marketing strategies.
• Business Alignment: Ensure marketing efforts align with the company’s overall business goals and contribute to brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
