The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software sales and marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and achieve company targets.
– Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to ensure high performance and achievement of goals.
– Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
– Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
– Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, events, etc.).
– Analyze sales and marketing data to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
– Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and insights.
– Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
– Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the software industry.
– Proven experience in developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Proficient in CRM software and other sales/marketing tools.
