Ceylon Hospitality Consultants (Pvt) Ltd, a premier boutique hotel representation company, is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to drive travel agent sales, build strong industry relationships, and represent our exclusive portfolio of luxury boutique hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with local and international travel agents to drive bookings.
• Conduct sales visits to travel agencies and tour operators to promote partner hotels.
• Represent boutique hotels at networking events, trade shows, and industry meetings.
• Conduct hotel inspections to ensure a deep understanding of each property’s unique offerings.
• Communicate effectively with hotel partners and travel agents to tailor marketing strategies.
• Provide product training to travel agents to maximize sales opportunities.
• Assist in creating promotional materials and digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality or travel industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to maintain relationships with travel agents and hotel partners.
• Willingness to travel frequently for hotel inspections and sales visits.
• Passion for luxury hospitality and an understanding of boutique hotel experiences.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
