As a Marketing & Sales Coordinator, you will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, coordinate sales activities, and streamline communication between departments. Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Support:
• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, etc.)
• Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and email templates
• Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives
• Help manage the company’s online presence (website, social media, etc.)

Sales Coordination:
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups
• Assist with preparing sales proposals, quotes, and presentations
• Maintain sales pipeline data and track customer interactions
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales strategies

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
• Input and update customer information in the CRM system
• Support the sales team in generating leads and nurturing customer relationships

Event Coordination:
• Assist with planning and executing promotional events, trade shows, or webinars
• Support the logistics and marketing efforts for events

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related position.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM tools).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with digital marketing and social media management.
• Familiarity with email marketing software and automation tools.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Experience with event planning and coordination.
