π§ Key Responsibilities:
β’ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed assigned targets.
β’ Identify and collaborate with IPPs and EPCs for new solar projects.
β’ Explore new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
β’ Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely product delivery.
β’ Conduct market analysis to track trends, competition, and growth areas.
β’ Prepare accurate sales forecasts and report regularly to management.
β’ Organize promotional initiatives and participate in relevant industry events.
β’ Lead negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract finalizations.

Skills & Qualifications:
β’ 2β3 years of experience in solar panel or solar equipment trading.
β’ Deep understanding of solar products, market trends, and industry regulations.
β’ A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
β’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
β’ Strong organizational, analytical, and planning abilities.
β’ Self-driven with the ability to work independently and within teams.
β’ Willingness to travel and meet with clients or suppliers when necessary.
