β€’ Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed assigned targets.
β€’ Identify and collaborate with IPPs and EPCs for new solar projects.
β€’ Explore new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
β€’ Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely product delivery.
β€’ Conduct market analysis to track trends, competition, and growth areas.
β€’ Prepare accurate sales forecasts and report regularly to management.
β€’ Organize promotional initiatives and participate in relevant industry events.
β€’ Lead negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract finalizations.

β€’ 2–3 years of experience in solar panel or solar equipment trading.
β€’ Deep understanding of solar products, market trends, and industry regulations.
