CITL aims for total customer satisfaction by providing tailored IT solutions and acting as a systems integrator and consultancy service provider.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager – Information Technologies at Cyrus Information Technologies (Pvt) Ltd in Colombo. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the IT industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Developing new customer acquisition and account development.
• Creating new sales through sales leads received from various marketing channels
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Meet with potential clients to assess their needs
• Regular field visits for meeting the dealers/ customers and getting new orders.
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned products/geographies and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction roles and responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
• Minimum 3 + years of experience in Information communication and technology (ICT) sales field
• Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Relationship Building skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Full / part qualification in CIM/ SLIM or equivalent with professional certifications in sales and marketing
• Ability to work long hours
• Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills
• Experience in IT sales, negotiation, and closing deals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
