Sales Manager

Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity, experience in the solar industry would be an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Lead and manage both Sales and marketing activities of the company.
• Ability to develop effective sales strategies and lead a team to achieve targets.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Strong understanding of sales management principles and customer relationship management.
• Proven team building and motivational skills, with the ability to drive performance and mentor team members.
• Ability to explain technical details to customers and address questions about system capabilities and environmental benefits.
• Ability to analyze sales data to make informed decisions and adapt strategies as needed.
• Competency in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting sales progress to senior management.
• Resilience to manage high-pressure situations and meet challenging goals.
