Sales Manager – Chama Computers

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Manage key customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the IT or electronics industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of the Sri Lankan IT market and emerging trends.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong focus on results.
