Salary:
• Fixed salary: 50,000 LKR – 100,000 LKR monthly based on your experience
• Commission-based bonuses: 0 – 200,000 LKR monthly

At Feelo, we focus on creating exceptional opportunities by partnering with top hotels to provide incredible experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities:
• Find New Leads: Research and find potential hotel partners.
• Make Calls: Make at least 40 cold calls daily to talk to potential hotel partners.
• Meet with Hotels: Arrange and hold online meetings with potential new hotel partners.
• Seal the Deal: Negotiate and sign up hotels to join Feelo.lk.
• Train Partners: Teach new hotel partners how to use Feelo.lk and provide ongoing support.
• Hit Sales Targets: Develop and use strategies to exceed sales goals.
• Keep Records: Accurately record and document all interactions with vendors in our system.
• Improve Processes: Work with other teams to find and implement ways to improve our processes.
Requirements:
• Preferred: Experience in the hospitality or service industry is welcomed.
• Enjoying sales.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to train others on our platform and sales methods.
• Great people skills for building relationships with customers and partners.
• A bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
