Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Chamikara Engineering Services in Matale District. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Manager will analyze market trends, prepare sales reports, and collaborate with the marketing team to drive business growth.

Qualifications
• Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Market analysis and Sales Reporting skills
• Team leadership and Coaching abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the furniture industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
