The Offer
• Dealer management and Distribution channels Preferably in FMCG

Ideal Candidate

Requirements:
• Any degree
• Proven track record of 0-2 years in sales, with experience in dealer management, distribution channels, and timely payment collection, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Strong understanding of packing machine technology, applications, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets, maximizing revenue, and ensuring timely payment collection..
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories

The Profile
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share for packing machine products in Sri Lanka.
• Identify and recruit dealers, distributors, and channel partners across the region, ensuring comprehensive market coverage and effective distribution management.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors, providing necessary support, training, and resources to drive sales and promote brand loyalty.

Conduct regular visits to dealer locations and distribution centers to assess performance, address concerns, and facilitate timely payment collection.
