Job Description: We seek an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Optik House. In this role, you will manage our social media presence, respond to customer inquiries, manage stock levels, make sales calls, and drive monthly sales targets. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain our social media accounts, responding to customer inquiries and engaging with our online community.
• Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to drive sales growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is adequately maintained and recorded.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.

Qualifications:
• Proven 1 year of experience in sales and customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and managing online interactions.
• Ability to manage inventory and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with camera equipment and repair services is an advantage.
