Job description
As a Sales Development Representative, your daily tasks will be dynamic and engaging, covering a range of activities such as cold calling, social media management, blog writing, graphic design, web development, SEO oversight, email marketing, sales outreach, analyzing systems and processes, designing solutions, and using AI tools for marketing and sales purposes.

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams for international clientele — primarily based in the United States — and participate in company-wide initiatives to create a positive impact.

All training will be provided as needed; a positive attitude, honesty, and coach-ability are what we primarily look for in candidates.

Must Have Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Highly coachable, creative, and eager to learn
• Confident working with international clients
• Able to commute to the Panadura office

Preferred:
• Completed or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Sales, or related fields
• Experience with light web development and SEO
• Experience with cold calling, email marketing, and social media management
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and willingness to learn new concepts
• Any experience with CRMs, Auto-Dialers, Email Marketing, Social Media Management, or Project Management tools
