About HARE Logistics

HARE Logistics is Sri Lanka’s first carbon-neutral, last-mile delivery service, revolutionizing logistics with 24-hour delivery, cash-on-delivery solutions, financial reporting, and sustainable mobility. As we expand, we’re looking for a Sales & Business Development Executive to drive our merchant network and strategic partnerships in the Western Province.

What You’ll Do

✅ Onboard Merchants within the Western Province to expand our delivery network.

✅ Engage & Manage Relationships with existing merchants, ensuring high service levels.

✅ Develop a Reporting Model to track performance & market insights for the CGO & CEO.

✅ Collaborate on Social Media Campaigns, working with the creative team to enhance brand visibility.

✅ Manage Seasonal Events & Forecasting, planning promotions & optimizing delivery demand.

✅ Coordinate Logistics Operations, ensuring smooth execution between merchants, delivery teams & support functions.

✅ Identify New Business Opportunities, including corporate logistics partnerships & high-volume merchants.

✅ Analyze Market Trends & Competitor Activities, keeping HARE ahead of the curve.

✅ Contribute to Growth Strategy, working closely with leadership on revenue expansion.

What We’re Looking For

🔹 Experience in Sales & Business Development (Preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or last-mile delivery).

🔹 Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills to onboard & retain merchants.

🔹 Data-Driven Mindset – Ability to track performance metrics & provide insights.

🔹 Self-motivated & Target-Driven – Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

🔹 Familiarity with Logistics & E-commerce Operations (bonus points for experience in delivery services).

🔹 Tech-Savvy – Experience using CRM tools, reporting dashboards & logistics software.

🔹 Ability to Multitask & Manage Time Effectively.
