Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time on-site at our Kiribathgoda office. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
• Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to maintain strong client relationships.
• Conducting proactive sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
• Managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Providing training and support to clients on our products and services.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in sales and sales management
• Knowledge of digital marketing and web development is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
