Key Responsibilities
Sales Visits:
• Conduct regular client visits to maintain relationships and secure new business.
• Present the company’s portfolio to potential clients, including properties, services, and packages.
Database Management:
• Maintain and update the client database regularly.
• Ensure accurate tracking of client interactions, preferences, and requirements.
Managing Incoming Calls:
• Handle inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about the property portfolio and services offered.
Overseeing the Property Portfolio:
• Stay updated on all properties within the company’s portfolio.
• Ensure property information is accurate and up to date for sales presentations and client discussions.
Email Conversions:
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and effectively via email.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings or leads.
Key Skills and Attributes:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
• Experience in sales, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry, is an advantage.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to meet sales targets.
