Our client is a leading supplier of premium products to the food and beverage industry, is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales and business development within the FMCG sector, with a focus on driving market growth and building lasting relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and business development, with a strong background in FMCG.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the FMCG sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Familiarity with market research, customer segmentation, and competitor analysis.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the food and beverage sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets and increase market share.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Present and promote premium products to potential clients, addressing their needs and providing solutions.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, including tracking leads, conversions, and revenue generation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations.
