Overview:
Are you an organized, proactive, and dynamic individual with exceptional multitasking skills? Join our team as a Sales and Administrative Coordinator and play a key role in supporting our operations and leadership team!
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Coordination:
• Coordinate with the sales team to oversee order management and coordinate necessary inspections for the collection of payments from debtors.
• Accurately process and create sales orders in the system, ensuring records are consistently updated.
• Prepare & submit required sales reports and related documents in a timely manner.
• Secretarial Support to the Managing Director:
• Assist the Managing Director with scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
• Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and presentations as required.
• Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma or Certificates in related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in sales coordination or administration.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and handle confidential tasks.
