Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Administration Manager at Antler Holdings. The Sales Administration Manager will be responsible for tasks related to invoicing, customer service, organization skills, sales, and international business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the team to ensure smooth day-to-day sales administration activities.

• Oversee credit management functions.

• Develop, review, and improve sales administration systems, policies, and procedures.

• Coordinate all aspects of distributor operations, including inquiries and administrative support.

• Conduct distributor visits, audits, and reviews to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term business relationships.

• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Business Management or equivalent qualification.

• 2-3 years of management experience in a related field.

• Strong numerical skills, proactive leadership, self-motivation, and the ability to drive change.

• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and stay highly organized with a strong work ethic.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Hands-on experience in MS-Office (Especially Excel and PowerPoint)
