Job Summary:

The Sales Administration Manager at Pelwatte Dairy is responsible for managing the administrative functions of the sales department. This role involves overseeing sales support activities, ensuring efficient sales operations, and providing administrative support to the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings.
• Order Processing: Oversee the order processing system to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to sales orders and deliveries.
• Data Management: Maintain and update sales databases and Sales Force Automation systems.
• Sales Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability and manage stock levels.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales operations efficiency.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in sales administration or sales support within the food and beverage industry.
