Job Description

The Sales Admin Assistant is responsible for supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating sales activities, managing schedules, managing sales forecasts and maintaining customer relationships. The Sales Admin Assistant serves as a key point of contact between the sales team and clients, facilitating communication and ensuring efficient sales processes.

Job Responsibilities
• Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks
• Prepare and distribute sales documents, such as proposals, contracts, and presentations
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team
• Process sales orders and ensure accuracy of information
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products requested by the sales team
• Monitor and track orders, providing updates to clients and the sales team
• Maintain and update sales databases and CRM systems
• Generate and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to the sales team and management
• Track sales metrics and performance indicators
• Sales Forecasting
• Competitor analysis
• Stock maintenance for sampling

Requirements
• Minimum 6 months of experience in an in-house role
• Strong English command
• Experience in creating sales reports and proposals is a must
