Job description
As a Retail Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our showroom, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales to meet and exceed targets. You will lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates, creating a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Service: Ensure that every customer has a positive and memorable shopping experience. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Sales Management: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective management of the showroom and sales team. Implement strategies to drive sales and enhance profitability.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure team members achieve their full potential.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing showroom by overseeing product displays and ensuring merchandise is presented in an attractive and customer-friendly manner.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained. Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stock replenishment.
• Operational Efficiency: Ensure the showroom operates smoothly and efficiently. Manage scheduling, opening, and closing procedures, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and other key metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Retail Showroom Manager or in a similar retail management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and inventory management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using retail management software and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
