✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel reservations.
✅ Strong knowledge of OTA platforms and Property Management Systems (PMS).
✅ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
✅ Attention to detail and a customer-first approach.
✅ Knowledge of revenue management is a bonus!
