Responsibilities:
• Manage room rates and promotions across OTAs and hotel reservation systems
• Coordinate daily with on-site reservation teams to ensure seamless operations
• Update and maintain the daily reservation report
• Updating and maintaining hotel rate reports of all W15 Collection properties
• Share reservation reports with management on a daily basis
• Respond to guest feedback on platforms such as Google, TripAdvisor, and other review sites
• Maintain and update the Competitor Analysis Report on a daily basis

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in sales, public relations, or a similar role within the hospitality or travel industries
• Strong customer service background
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities, with a keen focus on prioritizing tasks
