Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Executive at Union Assurance PLC in Colombo for Bancassurance channel.The Relationship Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs, promoting insurance products, and providing excellent customer service to drive sales and retention.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to understand and address client needs
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry will be an added advantage
