Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse at North Colombo Teaching Hospital in Ragama. The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, administer medications, collaborate with healthcare teams, and educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatments.
Qualifications
• Clinical Skills: Patient assessment, Medication administration, Wound care
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication, Empathy, Active listening
• Critical-Thinking Skills: Problem-solving, Decision-making, Prioritization
• Professional Skills: Teamwork, Time management, Adaptability, 5 years of work experience as an inward quality management nurse
• Education and Certification: Higher diploma in General Nursing, Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 14 years of Experience in a hospital setting: clinical experience in a pediatric ward, Special care baby unit, gynecology operating theater, and mental health unit
