Our team consists of experienced staff and consultants dedicated to supporting organizations in need of timely HR solutions.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Recruitment Assistant at Falx Lata. The Recruitment Assistant will be responsible for tasks such as hiring coordination, communication with candidates and clients, providing customer service, conducting interviews, and offering administrative assistance.
Qualifications
• Hiring and Interviewing skills
• Communication skills
• Prior experience in recruitment or HR functions is a definite advantage
• Strong language proficiency in English will be a definite advantage
• Human Resources or related qualification is preferred.
Note – This is a fully remote job but the candidate is expected to be in and around Colombo. Should have a own Laptop and a mobile phone.
