Job Title- Hotel Receptionist

Responsibilities-

-Welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing method of payment.

-Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill.

-Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with hotel standards.

-Ring on the register, report and handle all required transactions, issue receipts

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in a customer service-oriented role.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.

– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

– Proficiency in using hotel management software systems is a plus.
