PREREQUISITES
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English language (both verbal and written)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Knowledge of basic freight forwarding or shipping procedures is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greet and direct clients, visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring smooth communication between departments and clients.
• Assist in coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and shipments.
• Provide administrative support to the HR and Admin team, including data entry, filing, and document management.
• Handle general office duties such as ordering office supplies, maintaining office organization, and assisting with office-related tasks as needed.
