Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our winning team as a Receptionist Cum Administration Associate. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations within the office, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a professional and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:
• Front Office Management:
• Greet and direct visitors (vendors, clients, candidates, and customers) with professionalism and courtesy.
• Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments, and taking accurate messages.
• Administrative Support:
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD) to contribute to the company’s overall office management efficiency.
• Develop and maintain a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the front office, workstation area, and meeting room.
• Inventory Management:
• Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors, including office maintenance services, to ensure smooth operation.
• Clerical Duties:
• Perform general clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
• Handle any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the line HOD.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Resourceful and proactive with the ability to handle issues independently.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Outstanding customer service attitude.
